On Saturday, October 10, 2009 Newland Communities held the fourth Annual Life is good Pumpkin Festival at FishHawk Ranch in Tampa, Florida.

The events began at 3:00 PM and wrapped up at 10:00 PM with pumpkin carving, family-friendly games, music and great food.

All of the proceeds from the Pumpkin Festival went to the Life is good Kids Foundation who will share the funds raised evenly with two charities that help children and families - Project Joy and HomeAid Tampa Bay.

World's Greatest Backyard Athlete Competition

In addition to the traditional Pumpkin Festival event, FishHawk Ranch hosted their second annual World's Greatest Backyard Athlete Competition. Thank you to the athletes who competed in non-traditional events, such as disk toss, pumpkin seed spitting and an obstacle course.
