On Saturday, October 20, 2007, Newland Communities will host our second annual Life is good® Pumpkin Festivals all across the nation with funds raised to benefit charity.

While our purpose couldn’t be more serious, our festivals themselves are celebratory community events, incorporating good old-fashioned outdoor fun and family participation.

Our residents, neighbors and team members enjoy a day of pumpkin carving, scarecrow stuffing, face painting, live music and more.

The Pediatric Cancer Foundation has become a leader in the funding of pediatric cancer research. Their mission is to fund research that will lead to the elimination of childhood cancer worldwide.
