One memorable day... 11 communities in seven states... Hundreds of pumpkins carved, faces painted, and scarecrows stuffed and sack races run... Thousands of lives changed, coast-to-coast through your attendance and support

On Saturday, October 20, 2007, Newland Communities will host our second annual Life is good® Pumpkin Festivals all across the nation with funds raised to benefit charity.

While our purpose couldn’t be more serious, our festivals themselves are celebratory community events, incorporating good old-fashioned outdoor fun and family participation.

Our residents, neighbors and team members enjoy a day of pumpkin carving, scarecrow stuffing, face painting, live music and more.

The Storehouse of Austin is a food pantry that provides groceries and clothing for families and individuals who find themselves on hard times. With two visits to the food pantry per month they provide aid to 21% of Central Texans living at or below the poverty line.
