One memorable day... 11 communities in seven states... Hundreds of pumpkins carved, faces painted, and scarecrows stuffed and sack races run... Thousands of lives changed, coast-to-coast through your attendance and support.

On Saturday, October 20, 2007, Newland Communities will host our second annual Life is good® Pumpkin Festivals all across the nation with funds raised to benefit charity.

While our purpose couldn’t be more serious, our festivals themselves are celebratory community events, incorporating good old-fashioned outdoor fun and family participation.

Our residents, neighbors and team members enjoy a day of pumpkin carving, scarecrow stuffing, face painting, live music and more.

Phoenix Children's Hospital have made a commitment to improving the health and lives of all children in the community - not just the ones they see as patients. Through innovative community programs and partnerships, they are working to improve the overall well-being of all of the children in Arizona
